Job description

Make a daily difference supporting students' communication needs in a dynamic, onsite contract role near Chowchilla, CA. Step into a full-time position within a forward-thinking educational setting, where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF) will empower students and elevate outcomes.
Your background in California schools will be highly valued, as will your familiarity with SEIS. If you're skilled at managing high caseloads and referrals and bring experience supervising SLPAs alongside facilitators, you'll find this an ideal opportunity to leverage your talents. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required-ultimately, a passion for student growth and collaborative support are key.
Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credential (CA-required)
  • 2+ years of SLP experience in California school settings
  • 1+ year with SEIS (Special Education Information System)
  • Experience managing caseloads and referrals in a school environment
  • Previous SLPA supervision experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred, not mandatory
  • Will accept SLPs and SLP-CFs (not SLPAs)
Key Role Details:
  • Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours/week following the school year calendar
  • Serve as an essential member of the onsite team (no virtual work)
