What does a virtual spa receptionist do?

A Virtual Spa Receptionist manages client communications and administrative tasks for a spa remotely. Their responsibilities typically include scheduling appointments, answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat, processing payments, and coordinating with spa staff to ensure smooth operations. They also help maintain client records and may assist with marketing or social media. This role allows spas to provide a high level of customer service without needing someone physically present at the front desk.
