Texas Licensure Requirements

  • Active Texas SLP License (TDLR)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP or eligible Clinical Fellowship status
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Texas Education Agency (TEA) credential (or eligibility) for public school placements
  • Clear background check per Texas Education Code


Qualifications

  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development, ARD meetings, and progress monitoring
  • Comfortable delivering teletherapy via virtual platform
  • Preferred: 2+ years of school-based experience


Interview Process

  • 10–15 minute phone screening
  • 15 minute technology assessment
  • 20–30 minute virtual interview with the district
  • Offer issued within 24–48 hours
