Responsibilities:
โ€ข Supervise and perform all hardware/software upgrading activities
โ€ข Backup maintenance on all computers
โ€ข Understanding of and ability to install, configure and test all workstation hardware/software
โ€ข Perform technical support for North American Client
โ€ข Contact internet provider and quickly deal with any internet issues/outages
โ€ข Resolve all monitoring station network related issues quickly and efficiently
โ€ข Resolve all customer network related issues quickly and efficiently
โ€ข Document in detail all work performed
โ€ข Create innovative solutions that boost productivity and efficiency
โ€ข Keep track of employee technical knowledge and perform training as necessary
โ€ข Create and upkeep technical manuals
โ€ข Maintain CCTV and access control infrastructure internally and externally
โ€ข Daily communication with customers verbally and via email
โ€ข Schedule and attend all technical support meetings and sessions with staff and customers
