This remote position allows our LICSWs to engage with students and their families from the comfort of their homes, utilizing teletherapy tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual psychosocial evaluations to comprehensively understand each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and resilience.
  • Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and parents to design and implement tailored treatment plans that support students’ mental health and academic performance.
  • Advocate for students’ rights and access to necessary resources, facilitating connections to community services as required.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly in educational or pediatric settings.
  • Expertise in diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and familiarity with interventions tailored to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
