• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to identify the needs of students, formulating effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling services to students experiencing emotional distress or facing personal challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops that focus on coping skills, stress management, and emotional regulation.
• Develop collaborative relationships with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to enhance the support network for students.
• Engage in outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness and provide resources for students and their families within the school community.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of patient interactions in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

The primary focus of this role will be on school-aged children and adolescents who may experience a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. • Active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the mental health landscape affecting youth within educational settings, including behavioral challenges and emotional needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and engage with students, parents, and educators.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapy models appropriate for a school environment.
• Capacity to navigate a fast-paced environment, manage a diverse caseload, and prioritize competing responsibilities.

• Prior experience working within school systems or with adolescent populations is highly desirable, providing insights into the unique dynamics of educational institutions.
• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to develop and implement strategic counseling interventions tailored to students' needs.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
