The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical documentation, Medical Decision Making (MDM), and quality assurance processes in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards

Evaluate medical records and notes with a strong focus on Medical Decision Making (MDM)

Identify gaps in documentation, coding, and compliance, and provide actionable feedback

Ensure adherence to internal protocols, regulatory guidelines, and quality benchmarks
