Wages

  • For Registered Nurses (RN)-This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $27.42 to $40.42 and the general visit rate is $23.29 to $34.35.
  • For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $21.74 to $26.74 and the general visit rate is $18.84 to $23.17.

  • Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
  • Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services
  • Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school
  • Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
  • Performing other clinical duties as required

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
