Position Overview
As a Physician Assistant in our rheumatology clinic, you will work closely with our physicians and care team to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of rheumatologic conditions. You will provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, support infusion services, and play a key role in delivering personalized, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Develop treatment and management plans under physician supervision

Educate patients on their conditions, medications, and therapies

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless care

Respond to the patients’ calls and messages and address their clinical concerns
through direct calls or the Patient Portal.

Performing “Telemedicine” with delivery of the high-standard of care through
virtual visits.

Ensure proper follow up with patients.
Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Current Tennessee PA license
-
NCCPA certification
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
