Employees in virtual retail may work in customer service, sales, inventory management, or digital marketing, all through online platforms. These roles often require strong communication skills, familiarity with e-commerce technology, and the ability to assist customers remotely. As more shopping moves online, virtual retail positions are becoming increasingly important and widely available.
