Job Overview
This role supports customers by providing expert guidance on wireless sales and communication solutions to meet individual needs. It involves assisting inbound callers in selecting appropriate devices and service packages tailored to their requirements. The role requires mastery in analyzing customer needs and recommending personalized wireless, voice, and data products. Success is measured by achieving sales targets, delivering quality customer experiences, and maintaining high standards in sales processes. The work directly influences customer satisfaction and loyalty through informed and personalized service interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and customer loyalty by delivering personalized wireless device and service solutions during inbound interactions
  • Enhance product and process knowledge through continuous training on new skills, systems, and resources
  • Apply sales skills to acquire new customers with a focus on results-oriented approaches and confidence
  • Utilize digital tools consistently to support customer interactions and onboarding processes
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Customer Acquisition Sales skills in new customer acquisition, including competitive drive and confidence for success (Required)
  • Troubleshooting 12 months multi-tasking and navigating between Windows systems. Troubleshooting and working knowledge of IoT. Computer hardware proficiency. (Required)
  • Customer Satisfaction Provide superior customer service, building loyalty and customer satisfaction (Required)
