QBE is seeking a Video Teleconference Technician to support the IEW&S contract.


Responsibilities

Candidate shall provide comprehensive security and video teleconference (VTC) support services, encompassing both technical expertise and security compliance. Candidate's typical tasks include: 

  • Provide full lifecycle technical support for VTC equipment and software - including research, design assistance, acquisition support, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and warranty replacement - ensuring reliable operation of common-user suites and integrated systems. 
  • Align managed systems concerning Windows Operating Systems, images, containers, PODs, Nodes, or other applicable cloud computing technologies, registered applications, and supporting application technologies to comply with current DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)/security requirements guides (SRG), and applicable guidance concerning the Cybersecurity posture of administered information systems within the applicable network in which the systems in question reside. 
  • Coordinate and maintain the conference room scheduler, assisting customers with facility and SVTC bridge reservations; provide training and support for users utilizing Teams Live Events - both virtual and in on-site auditoriums/large event spaces. 
  • Support Special Security by validating information and assisting employees with JWICS requests, SCI Indoctrination, SCI courier orders, and JWICS PKI trust agent functions; assist with SCIF and T-SCIF accreditation/reaccreditations. 
  • Monitor, claim, update, and complete customer requests through the ITSM ticketing system, resolving NIPR and SIPR enterprise, hardware, and software technical issues (system/account maintenance included). 
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed and perform administrative duties as an advisor on issues related to security, training, travel, and protection of property, ensuring efficient and secure operations. 

Requirements

  • Active US Government clearance at TS/SCI level
  • High School Degree
  • Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience
  • Must hold a CompTIA Security + certification or other valid IAT level II or IAM level I baseline certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and other stakeholders
