About the Role
We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and providing thoughtful customer support. As a Customer Relations Advisor, you will build relationships with clients, learn about their vacation needs, research suitable options, and assist with coordinating the details of their upcoming plans.
This remote opportunity is beginner-friendly and open to applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and educational resources are provided to help you learn the systems and responsibilities of the role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with clients and learn about their vacation interests, dates, preferences, and budget
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and getaway options
  • Provide relevant choices based on each client's individual needs and priorities
  • Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and other requested services
  • Organize reservation information using approved supplier platforms and company resources
  • Provide confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and important pre-departure information
  • Maintain regular communication and keep clients informed as plans develop
  • Follow up regarding outstanding information, upcoming deadlines, and required decisions
  • Respond to routine questions and assist with reservation changes or special requests
  • Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized records of client conversations, preferences, and reservations
