Guardian Business Group is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative & Trainer to join our team. This role is designed for an energetic professional who is passionate about developing sales representatives and mentoring future leaders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales representatives, focusing on foundational sales skills and leadership development.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) to ensure participants gain practical, real-world experience.
  • Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to support representatives in achieving their career goals.
  • Identify high-potential individuals and create tailored development plans to prepare them for leadership roles.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating learning environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance training.
  • Learn and master our products/services, sales processes, and CRM tools.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring of new sales team members.
  • Actively build your own book of business through B2B field sales.
  • Guide and coach team members to refine their sales techniques.
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and motivation during sales meetings.

Qualifications:
