• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for both individuals and groups, focusing on a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
• Develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring that interventions are effective and aligned with their goals.
• Collaborate with a remote care team, including medical professionals and other social workers, to coordinate holistic care and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of sensitive information.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to discuss clinical challenges and enhance professional development.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Greater Change Behavioral Health, you will primarily support adult clients who are facing mental health difficulties, including those in recovery from substance use disorders. Our clientele often requires a supportive and understanding approach, and your skills in assessment and treatment planning will play a crucial role in their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts is required.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is essential, demonstrating your expertise in the social work field.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a proven track record in developing effective treatment plans are critical for success in this role.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural competency are essential to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting, utilizing virtual platforms to conduct therapy, is highly preferred.
