Key Qualifications:
- Active TX SLP license required
- Experience working in a school setting with K-12 populations preferred
- Proficiency or interest in teletherapy delivery of occupational therapy services
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to manage documentation remotely
- Adaptability and initiative to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate virtually with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student progress and participation in educational activities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions and assessments using teletherapy platforms
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, session notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, reviews, and eligibility determination discussions via teleconference
