Job description

You’ll collaborate with educational teams, engaging with a caseload of 45-50 students, and enjoy the convenience of remote work while delivering top-notch care and support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active TX SLP license required
  • Experience working in a school setting with K-12 populations preferred
  • Proficiency or interest in teletherapy delivery of occupational therapy services
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to manage documentation remotely
  • Adaptability and initiative to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate virtually with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student progress and participation in educational activities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions and assessments using teletherapy platforms
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, session notes, and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, reviews, and eligibility determination discussions via teleconference
  • Support students’ ability to engage in daily routines and classroom participation
