• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients' mental health status and psychosocial needs.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospice center, you will work primarily with patients facing terminal illnesses and their families, helping them cope with the emotional impacts and providing solutions that enhance their quality of life during challenging times. Your role will involve addressing both mental health issues and the psychosocial aspects of end-of-life care, ensuring dignity and comfort for each patient.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• Strong foundational knowledge of solution-focused therapy methods and other psychotherapy interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside effective problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in a hospice or palliative care setting is highly desirable.
