Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, strengths, and specific needs, utilizing standard diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Provide various evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nursing professionals, to create a coordinated care plan that addresses patients’ complexities.
  • Assist patients and their families in understanding their mental health diagnoses, available treatment options, and prescribed medications, ensuring clear communication and support.
