• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient's mental health status, identifying their strengths, challenges, and needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated care plans that address both physical and mental health concerns.
• Educate patients and their families about their mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to empower informed decision-making.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based modalities designed to transform lives and foster recovery.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with patients and the interdisciplinary treatment team, aligning with documented goals and preferences.
• Guide patients through the complexities of the mental health system, becoming their advocate to ensure their rights and needs are met.
• Conduct therapeutic groups, psychoeducation workshops, and discharge planning meetings to enhance patient support and understanding.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience providing therapy in a community health or clinical setting.
