As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will be part of a collaborative, tight-knit team that prioritizes professional growth and quality patient care. Our virtual workspace utilizes advanced digital tools to facilitate direct communication between team members and to streamline documentation processes. You will receive ongoing support from the Therapy Leadership Team and work seamlessly alongside psychiatric providers to deliver holistic treatment strategies.

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions using secure and user-friendly video conferencing software to deliver effective treatment to adults facing a spectrum of emotional and psychological disorders.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, tailoring treatment strategies that meet individual client needs and preferences.
• Utilize automated tools to administer symptom self-assessments, evaluate functional improvements, and monitor goal progress, adapting treatment plans in real-time based on collected data.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing our reliable therapist portal, ensuring all records comply with HIPAA regulations and preserve confidentiality.
• Actively participate in case consultations with peers and leadership to enhance therapeutic techniques and explore new methodologies to support client success.

Your client base will be diverse, encompassing adults of various ages and backgrounds facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. This includes individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma history, relationship issues, and those who may have experienced crises. You will be expected to promote culturally sensitive care practices that empower clients and address their unique needs effectively.

• A valid independent licensure in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC. Candidates with additional state licenses are highly preferred.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.
• Strong commitment to delivering culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population.
• Proficiency in using technology and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into daily clinical practice.

• Experience working with populations experiencing severe mental health issues or crises, including knowledge of suicide prevention strategies.
• Prior experience in a remote work setting is beneficial, especially in a behavioral health environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
