Seeking Controls Design experience for automated production or processing equipment. Shall design electrical controls and power distribution for equipment including:
  
• Liquid & Powder Fillers
• Primary Package Handlers
• Rotary Cappers
• Plastic film web handling
• Die cutters & hole punchers
• Label Printers & Coders
• Boxers & Casers
• Gas purge & vacuum seal mechanisms
• Pumps
• Motors & servo drives
• Automatic loaders and hopper feeders
• Machine vision systems
• Conveyors
 
Requires:
 
• Experience designing, testing, troubleshooting, and programming controls for production machinery, or similar.
 
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, high-speed servos, stepper motors, DC and AC motors, motion controllers, variable frequency drives, etc.
 
• Experience selecting motors, fuses, breakers, transformers, controllers, etc.
 
• Experience developing wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, electrical schematics, manuals, or other engineering documents.
