You will work remotely, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while being part of a supportive and collaborative environment. Our multidisciplinary team includes medical professionals, counselors, and recovery coaches all working together to deliver comprehensive care. Our virtual setup allows therapists to focus on client engagement and therapeutic excellence without the distractions typically found in traditional office settings. Evening and weekend scheduling will be available to accommodate client needs.

As a Licensed Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and any co-occurring disorders.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address both urgent and long-term mental health and addiction-related needs.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborating effectively with fellow team members—including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers—to ensure integrated care and continuity of services.
• Educating and involving clients’ families in the therapeutic process, fostering a support system for clients during recovery.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential records of all therapeutic sessions and client interactions in compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with substance abuse, mental health disorders, or both. You will engage with a wide range of clients, from those in the early stages of recovery to individuals looking to maintain long-term sobriety. This diverse client base will allow you to utilize your skills in a dynamic environment while facilitating access to a broad spectrum of evidence-based treatment modalities and resources.

Qualified candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A valid and active therapist license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling or therapy.
• Demonstrable knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, along with a motivational approach to client engagement.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.

While a minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community health settings or those who have worked with marginalized populations will be strongly considered. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems will also be beneficial.
