• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique needs, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on building coping strategies, fostering resilience, and enhancing recovery skills.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all interactions and treatment interventions in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding substance use and support systems available.

Your role will primarily focus on clients who are seeking support in overcoming addiction and related mental health challenges. This diverse patient population may include individuals from various backgrounds, varying ages, and differing severity levels of substance use disorders. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for attending any required on-site training or consultations.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all counseling practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual counseling and documentation.

• Previous experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Certification or coursework in addiction counseling, recovery coaching, or mental health first aid will be viewed favorably.
• Experience conducting teletherapy or virtual counseling sessions.
