  • Location: Passaic County, NJ
  • Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT
  • Compensation: $20-30/hr (based on experience)
  • Type: Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week)
  • Shifts: Afternoon/ Evening (3-4 hrs/day, vary by client)

Afternoon Schedules in Passaic County:
  • Wayne: Mon- Fri: 4:30/5- 7:30/8PM
  • Pompton Lakes: M-F 5-7:30/8PM, & Sat & Sun 10AM-1PM
  • Passaic: Tues- Fri: 4- 7PM
  • Paterson: Mon- Fri: 4- 7PM

About Compass ABA:
  • As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you'll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.

Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT:

  • Experience with children/autism preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
