We are preparing to launch a new
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in Nevada that is grounded in ethical practice, clinical quality, and respect for the individuals and families we serve. Our approach emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and sustainable program design.
We are seeking an experienced
BCBA Consultant to support the initial setup, licensing, and readiness of our ABA program, including regulatory compliance, documentation, and operational alignment. This role is ideal for a seasoned BCBA who enjoys program development, systems building, and mentoring leadership teams, rather than ongoing direct clinical caseloads.

Position Summary
The
BCBA Consultant will work closely with executive leadership and operations to guide the organization through the creation, documentation, and submission of all required applications and materials necessary to launch an ABA provider program in Nevada.
This is a non-caseload, non-billable clinical role, focused on compliance, readiness, and foundational program integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Licensing Development
- Guide the organization through Nevada Board of Applied Behavior Analysis licensing requirements for ABA service provision.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of:

- Provider license applications
- Clinical policies and procedures
- Supervision structures and staffing models
- Ethical compliance documentation
- Ensure alignment with BACB standards, Nevada statutes (NRS 641D), and payer expectations.
Clinical Infrastructure & Readiness
- Support the development of:

- Clinical service models (BCBA, BCaBA, RBT roles)
- Supervision frameworks and ratios
- Intake, assessment, and treatment planning workflows
- Review or assist in drafting:

- Clinical documentation templates
- Supervision logs and protocols
- Quality assurance and compliance checklists
Advisory & Collaboration
- Serve as a subject-matter expert to leadership during program launch.
- Provide recommendations on:

- Staffing ratios and caseload design
- Credentialing and onboarding requirements
- Best practices for ethical, sustainable ABA delivery
- Participate in periodic planning meetings (virtual or onsite as needed).
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Currently holds Nevada BCBA licensure.
- Demonstrated experience with:

- ABA service delivery models (home, clinic, community)
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience launching or expanding an ABA program or clinic
- Familiarity with Nevada Medicaid or commercial ABA payer requirements
- Experience serving in a consultant, clinical director, or compliance role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
