Overview

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for individuals to join our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program to support both our Center and Home based learners. Our RBT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients. Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Full commitment to the training/licensing process (with our support!) 

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
  • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
  • Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
  • Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
