Hours: 7:30p - 6:00a

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Through departmental established duties and responsibilities, perform high quality computed tomography exams and procedures for use by physicians and radiologists in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Plans and performs all CT procedures and post processing using advanced technology based on clinical criteria, anatomy and established protocols.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Must be registered or registry eligible by one of the following accrediting bodies: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiography Program or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Program (NMTCB)

  • Graduate of radiography program

  • Must pass the radiography ARRT registry within three (3) months of employment

  • Must pass the CT ARRT registry within 18 months of employment OR pass NMTCB registry within three (3) months of employment

  • BLS required prior to orientation completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • CT experience preferred.
