In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat.
• Employing solution-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that focus on the client’s goals and aspirations.
• Helping clients gain insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships to foster personal growth and healing.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment plan, adjusting interventions as necessary, and equipping clients with effective coping strategies.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults facing a diverse range of mental health challenges. To be a successful candidate, you must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No disciplinary actions or limitations associated with your license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a genuine concern for client welfare.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy tools.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be viewed favorably:

• Experience working with diverse adult populations.
• Knowledge of current trends in mental health treatment and therapy methodologies.
• A background in teletherapy or remote counseling practices.
