Operating in a highly visible environment, the Enterprise Principal Program Manager provides strategic counsel, drives alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and navigates competing priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role regularly engages with senior executives and may support communications, planning, and decision-making processes involving Swire leadership and board-level stakeholders. The Enterprise Principal Program Manager is expected to bring an enterprise mindset, balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution to maximize organizational value and results.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the governance, planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise programs consisting of multiple related projects to achieve strategic business outcomes and benefits realization.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise program governance frameworks, methodologies, reporting, and best practices while ensuring effective management of program health, risks, budgets, dependencies, benefits realization, and delivery outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, providing integrated program oversight to ensure delivery of strategic objectives, benefits, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement process improvements that enhance enterprise performance; provide coaching and mentorship to project teams and program stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing strategic guidance, program insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to support enterprise decision-making.
  • Influence and align executive leadership, portfolio leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders on program priorities, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions.
  • Analyze program performance, risks, dependencies, and business impacts to identify root causes and develop strategic solutions in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Conduct portfolio and scenario planning to evaluate strategic options, funding recommendations, prioritization decisions, and resource allocation to achieve enterprise objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts and drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities to ensure successful program execution and achievement of enterprise goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field required
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of program, portfolio, or project management experience leading complex enterprise-scale business, technology, or transformation initiatives
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and/or Prosci Change Management certification preferred
  • Experience leading enterprise programs consisting of multiple related projects, including development of program roadmaps, governance structures, and benefits realization plans
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations, business cases, funding requests, program performance, and risk assessments to executive leadership and governance committees
  • Expertise in portfolio planning, prioritization, scenario analysis, and resource allocation to support strategic business objectives
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, change management, or business process improvement initiatives within complex matrixed organizations
  • Knowledge of enterprise program governance, including oversight of budgets, risks, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives
