Job description

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization seeking a detail-oriented Learning Strategy Program Coordinator to support mentoring, learning, and development initiatives.


This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys program coordination, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and creating impactful employee development experiences.


In this role, you will help drive the success of enterprise mentoring and learning programs by coordinating operations, tracking key performance metrics, supporting virtual learning events, and improving participant engagement across the organization.


Location & Schedule

  • Location: Chicago, IL
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • In-office every Tuesday and Wednesday
  • In-office on the first and third Thursday of each month
  • Remaining workdays remote
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
  • Travel: Up to 5% (minimal)


The Learning Strategy Program Coordinator provides project coordination and administrative support for mentoring and learning initiatives.


This position is responsible for program logistics, stakeholder communications, data reporting, participant engagement tracking, and virtual event coordination.


The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, exceptional follow-through, advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, and experience supporting learning and development programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mentoring and learning programs across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Support program launches, orientations, informational sessions, and training events
  • Prepare communications, training materials, schedules, and participant documentation
  • Facilitate virtual learning experiences using Microsoft Teams and webinar platforms
  • Maintain program records, registrations, attendance data, and reporting dashboards
  • Track and analyze program success metrics including participation, engagement, compliance, and survey results
  • Assist with program effectiveness and ROI analysis
  • Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and stakeholder communications
  • Develop reports and visual presentations for leadership and program stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as needed


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating learning & development, training, or program management initiatives
  • Strong project coordination, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Strong Outlook inbox and calendar management experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools
  • Ability to analyze metrics and transform data into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
