Job description

The NCAT Trainer (Hybrid) is responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training to Military Service members, DoD civilians and authorized contractors on the administration of the Neurocognitive Assessment Tool (NCAT). The Trainer ensures consistency in NCAT training, communicates with installation personnel to schedule and coordinate training, and assists the Training Manager maintaining training records. When not actively training, the employee supports Surge and NCAT Proctor functions at assigned NCAT testing sites to ensure continuity of operations and mission success.
