DHHS Division of Health Benefits requires the services of a Training and Support Specialist to support DHB Operations and the Organizational Development Team.

No travel is required. This is a Monday-Friday, 8-5 position. Hybrid model: the client will require 8 days per month onsite.

  • The Training and Support Specialist supports organizational initiatives and coordinates across our business units.
  • Requirement-gathering skills will allow this position to coordinate with various stakeholders to gather specifications for content development.
  • Project management skills will allow this position to communicate expectations and track progress updates across various business units.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to draft resources to support employee learning, tips, and educational resources for employees, such as SOP's and job aids is essential.
  • Good research skills.
  • Instructional design and technical knowledge a must.
  • This position will facilitate and support live virtual meetings and events.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills are needed.

DHB prefers experience with the following tools:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • This position will likely need to draft documents and slide decks to support content development.
  • The candidate will need experience utilizing and maintaining SharePoint.
  • Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Canva, Camtasia, Menti, etc.
  • Interest in continual learning and continuous improvement.
  • Must be professional, respectful, communicate clearly and often, and act with integrity in all interactions.
