Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Reservations Coordinator to support reservation and scheduling activities in a remote environment. This role focuses on client coordination, administrative support, and maintaining accurate reservation records while delivering a professional customer experience.
This position is well suited for individuals who are organized, service-driven, and comfortable working independently with virtual tools.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate reservation and scheduling requests from clients
Assist with booking-related support across accommodations and related services
Maintain accurate client and reservation information in internal systems
Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
Review reservation details and confirmations for accuracy
Provide general administrative and customer service support
Follow established workflows and documentation procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
 
Qualifications:
