Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
Full-Time | Night Shift | 3x12s
**Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus**
MLR is looking for a dedicated and skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. In this full-time role, you'll work in a dynamic environment where you'll be essential in providing top-notch care to patients recovering from surgeries, procedures, and various conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence and excel in a fast-paced, medical-surgical setting.
Medical Surgical Nurse Qualifications:
  • Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
