Join a dynamic private plastic surgery practice in Western Massachusetts, featuring a main clinic and a Medicare-approved ambulatory surgery center (ASC), with a secondary clinic opening soon in a nearby town. Collaborate with two experienced plastic surgeons and a dedicated team of three nurse practitioners, supported by a skilled staff including an aesthetician, medical assistants, billing department, and secretaries.

Scope of Practice
  • Practice Focus: Comprehensive plastic surgery including skin cancer, cosmetic procedures, hand surgery, and breast reconstruction.
  • ASC Partnership Opportunity: Unique chance to invest in the practice's Medicare-approved ambulatory surgery center, with additional partnership potential in OR fees and real estate.
  • Case Volume: Surgeons perform 500+ cases annually (excluding cysts/biopsies), with a balanced mix of cosmetic and skin cancer cases (approximately 50/50). Average 10-12 cases per week.
  • Facilities: Main location offers 8 exam rooms, 2 operating rooms, and an onsite CLIA-certified lab. Cutting-edge equipment includes 3 CO2 lasers, pulse dye laser, alexandrite laser, Thermi, and GentleLase.
  • EMR: Nextech electronic medical record system.
  • Call Schedule: Light ER call (1:3 to 1:4), shared with a local solo surgeon, requiring in-person visits 1-2 times per month.
