Position OverviewCertified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident's plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
- Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
- Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred
