• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to understand the strengths and needs of students, tailoring approaches to each individual's unique circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mental health conditions.
• Collaborate closely with educators and school administrators to integrate mental health support into the educational environment, ensuring that students receive holistic care.
• Advocate fervently for students, facilitating access to community services and additional resources that enhance student health and educational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health records, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Participate in monthly case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development workshops to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work hand-in-hand with families, teachers, and school psychologists to create a comprehensive support system tailored to each student's needs. Your participation in the school environment positions you uniquely to observe and address issues as they arise, ensuring immediate and effective interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is required.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly with children and adolescents.
• Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating evidence-based treatment plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a genuine ability to build rapport and trust with diverse student populations.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and social justice within mental health care.

• Experience in school-based mental health services, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Demonstrated ability to utilize assessment tools and therapeutic resources effectively in a virtual setting.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
