Job description

EagleEye Performance Vision is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic optometrist to join our EagleEye Vision Therapy Mentorship Program—a structured, immersive training experience designed to build strong clinical skills in vision therapy, binocular vision, and functional optometry. This 1-year program is perfect for New Grads or an optometrist who has always wanted to get into vision therapy.
During this mentorship year, you will work directly with Neil Renaud, OD, FAAO, FOVDR and the EagleEye team while gaining hands-on experience both as an optometrist and as the treating doctor providing vision therapy for your own patients. You will progress through a clear development pathway supported by our comprehensive PlaybookBuilder training curriculum, mentorship meetings, and increasing clinical responsibility as your skills grow.
After successful completion of the mentorship year, you will have the opportunity to transition into an associate optometrist role with a defined career track in our vision therapy practice, ongoing mentorship, and the ability to grow professionally within our expanding practice.
