• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health concerns and needs of students, creating individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Engage in regular consultations with parents and educational staff to develop strategies that support students both in and out of the classroom, fostering a holistic approach to mental health.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to offer virtual counseling options, ensuring accessibility for students facing geographical or logistical challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring that all treatment records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

This role focuses primarily on children and adolescents within a school environment. You will work closely with students who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Your expertise will help these young individuals navigate their mental health journeys, equipping them with the resources they need for success both academically and personally.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and motivate clients.
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• A stable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual session delivery.

• Previous experience providing counseling services in a school or educational setting.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and suicide prevention methodologies.
• Knowledge of local and national mental health resources and referral networks.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
