• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services tailored to the individual requirements of each client through secure online platforms.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, facilitating open dialogues to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches, adapting them based on each client’s preferences and needs.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions with peers and supervisors to foster professional development and reflect on therapy practices.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of a strong therapeutic rapport with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathic and compassionate approach to client interactions, understanding the complexities of their experiences.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple client sessions efficiently within a remote framework.

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote setting is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Practiced in the administration and interpretation of psychological assessments and treatment planning.
• Experience working with diverse client populations, possessing skills to address culturally specific mental health needs.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, determined by your caseload and experience.
