Mechatronics Field Technician


We're working with a growing company seeking a Mechatronics Field

Technician to support customers across the U.S. This is a strong fit for

someone with a solid technical background who enjoys troubleshooting,

working with machinery, and being hands-on in the field.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and virtual

platforms

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with industrial machinery and systems

- Analyze errors and determine effective solutions

- Communicate with customers on issue status and resolutions

- Document service tickets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

- Collaborate with international teams in Germany, Spain, and India to

resolve technical issues

- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment

on-site


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


- 2+ years of experience in a technical field or similar role

- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or PLC systems

- Comfortable troubleshooting and reading technical diagrams and manuals

- Experience working with customers or in a support environment

- Strong English communication skills; Spanish or German is a plus

- Organized and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to work

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365

- Programming knowledge (PLC, Siemens, Python, C++) is a plus


TRAVEL AND WORK MODEL


- Travel: approximately 70% across the U.S. to client sites

- Valid passport required

- Hybrid to start, 1-2 days in office, with potential flexibility over

time
