Job description

Job Title: Plant Finance Manager
Location: Immokalee, FL (30 minutes from Naples)
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (includes a 15% annual bonus and long-term incentive plan)
Relocation: Comprehensive relocation assistance available
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Excellent knowledge of SAP FI, CO, Material Ledger and logistic functionality for manufacturing
    • Lead system improvement initiatives for processes and reporting in SAP, Power BI or similar tools, including SAP S/4 HANA initiatives
    • Partner with Shared Services team for SAP and oversee month-end closing activities and reviewing monthly transactions
    • Provide meaningful up-to-date reporting incl. Plant Performance, Inventory, Production Variances, PPV, Scrap, Hours and more
    • Prepare and review investment calculations for capital investments (NPV, Pay-Back etc.)
    • Support make-or-buy calculations and decisions and execute effective monitoring and reporting of insourced products
    • Lead planning processes and transform budgets into cost centers, cost rates, calculate and review standard cost in SAP for multiple plants
    • Partner with Engineering to drive and support master data accuracy including BOM's and routings
    • Perform accounting related support and tasks for example for physical inventories, asset accounting, approvals and documentation or for audits
    • ssist to determine, setup and oversee internal controls, monitor and perform compliance
    • Present P&L and cost performance to senior management and business partners
    • Involvement and support in cost reduction, relocation or new plant design projects from a financial aspect
    • Be able to travel to different sites as assigned
    • Be a sparring partner for other financial operation units in subsidiaries or other countries in an effort of standardization
Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business/Cost or Accounting
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience required
  • 2+ years of managerial experience required
  • MBA/CPA Preferred
Specialized Skills:
  • Possesses superior know-how in SAP accounting for manufacturing and skills to perform the function of the department
  • Provides leadership and guidance to support team to achieve objectives, identifies and removes roadblocks for the team
  • Provides data, information, and recommendations to senior leader to aid decision-making process

  • Responsible for the team's performance
  • Makes decisions to motivate and effectively lead the team to achieve goals aligned with superior Manager or Director
  • Sets day-to-day priorities for the team
