This role serves as a key part of Apple Roofing's customer journey by creating clarity, building trust, and ensuring homeowners feel supported throughout the process, all while operating in a virtual environment.

• Secure signed contracts and authorization documents
• Educate homeowners on products, materials, and upgrade options
