• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized instruments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, goals, and preferences of clients.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based interventions to promote healing and personal growth.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of all client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with families, social workers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each client.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers to enhance clinical skills and seek feedback on challenging cases.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay updated on the latest research and practices in mental health counseling.

The LPC will work with a diverse client population composed of children, adolescents, and adults managing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LPC in Tennessee or an equivalent state licensure such as LMFT or LCSW.
• Proficient in the use of telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems, with a preference for experience with Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and supportive manner, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment or remote counseling setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with marginalized communities is a plus.

Access Healing Therapy, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and includes:
