• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions through virtual platforms, maintaining a safe and trusting environment.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and integrate them into therapeutic approaches to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Document progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, accommodating your availability while meeting clients' needs for timely support.

Your work as an LCSW will focus on individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, many facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We serve a variety of age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing tailored support that promotes emotional stability and personal growth. • Must hold a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and support clients.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, mental health disorders, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment is advantageous.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer:
