The Amazon B2B Payments & Lending team provides invoicing, working capital and payment acceptance solutions to Amazon Business customers, sellers and other small business customers across Amazon. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, who aims to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced product manager to drive the expansion of our Virtual Cards product portfolio and shape the end-to-end payments experience across worldwide markets. This Sr. Product Manager will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and work across UX, legal, and regional and global business leadership to bring best-in-class product offerings to market.
Specifically you will:
- Partner closely with business owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to set the vision, define product requirements, build the roadmap, and establish measures of success
- Drive and deliver payment experiences to market, finding creative ways to ship fast, iterate, and learn as you go
- Synthesize customer feedback, user research, behavioral data, and other signals to craft better experiences and ensure the right features are built over time
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to evangelize your vision and build buy-in across organizations
About the team
The Payments Experience Product Management team is a group of product managers dedicated to shaping the end-to-end payment experience for Amazon Business customers. We are a close-knit team that works hard, moves fast, and enjoys what we do. Our charter is high-impact - spanning conversational and agentic AI payment experiences, checkout, business wallet, virtual cards, and new payment methods. We operate at the intersection of customer experience and financial innovation, tackling complex problems that have real impact at scale. If you who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this is the team for you.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in AI product management tools to develop working prototypes, e.g. Kiro, Pippin, Cline, and Wasabi.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
