Job description

Sales Training Program - Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer
Launch your career in the reverse mortgage industry with the backing of one of America's most trusted financial brands - Mutual of Omaha, a Fortune 300 organization with over 100 years of stability.
What to Expect
Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.
After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success. Who we're looking for:
We especially encourage experienced traditional mortgage loan originators to apply. If you understand the lending business and want to serve a growing, underserved market - retirees looking to strategically strengthen their retirement income - we want to talk!

Our associates help retirees make confident, informed financial decisions, to improve their quality of life. The most successful professionals in this role are those who build trust, ask thoughtful questions, listen with intention, and serve as trusted advisors through one of the most important financial decisions their clients will make.
What you can expect to earn:
  • To assist with the transition you are covered with a monthly base during the 12 month training program.
