A Virtual Life Insurance Agent sells life insurance policies remotely, using phone calls, emails, and online meetings to connect with clients. They educate customers about policy options, help them choose the right coverage, and guide them through the application process. This role requires strong communication skills, a life insurance license, and the ability to work independently. Many virtual agents work for insurance companies, agencies, or as independent brokers. The job offers flexibility and the potential for commission-based earnings.

A Different Kind of Opportunity

Most life insurance agents are stuck chasing cold leads, fighting for support, or waiting for someone else’s book of business to open up. At Capital Direct Insurance Services, we’re changing that.

When you join our team, you’ll step into a growth-focused environment with multiple targeted lead sources provided daily, as well as an established database of opportunities. We invest in you with tools, training, and support so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals, serving clients, and building your future.

This isn’t about being just another salesperson. It’s about being part of a company that values your voice, backs your growth, and hands you the tools and support while you control the outcome.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with pre-qualified leads to recommend the best life insurance options
  • Work in-office Monday through Friday
  • Deliver excellent service and consistent follow-up
  • Take advantage of ongoing training, mentorship, and career coaching

What You’ll Get

  • Choose your comp plan: steady base pay plus commission, or a high-commission structure with overrides
  • $100K+ earning potential
  • Full benefits package (health, 401k, PTO)
  • Career growth path with a voice in shaping your direction
  • A supportive, results-driven culture that values diversity and welcomes bilingual talent

Requirements

  • Active Life Insurance License (Arizona or reciprocal state)
  • Sales-minded, coachable, and motivated to grow
  • Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a strong plus

How to Apply

Send your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience, achievements, and why this opportunity excites you. Include any relevant certifications and professional references.

This is more than a job. It’s your chance to build a career with real influence over your path while helping clients protect what matters most.
