•    Coordinate calendars and training schedules with Operations and Safety to minimize disruption to work and ensure learner access and readiness.
•    Administer learning activities in SuccessFactors LMS, including class setup, rosters, attendance, completions, evaluations, and routine learner communications, while maintaining data accuracy.
•    Capture learner feedback, attendance, and basic knowledge-check or assessment results; compile simple summaries and share observations with program owners.
•    Maintain training materials, guides, checklists, job aids, and related learning assets so they remain current, organized, and easy to access.
•    Support required safety-led content and external credential coordination, such as OSHA or NCCER components, where applicable.
•    Provide reinforcement and basic coaching to help learners understand and apply the technical skills being taught.
•    Track routine issues, scheduling conflicts, or delivery risks and escalate promptly to maintain a consistent learner experience.
•    Support Train-the-Trainer sessions or facilitator readiness efforts as assigned.
•    Build and maintain effective working relationships with regional Learning & Development leaders, craft leaders, Safety partners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS

•    Working knowledge of construction methods, equipment, jobsite safety expectations, and field operations.
•    Experience using an LMS, preferably SuccessFactors, to manage classes, rosters, completions, and training records.
•    Ability to coordinate training logistics across multiple audiences, locations, and schedules.
•    Ability to capture and summarize basic training data, learner feedback, and session outcomes.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in practical, field-relevant ways.
•    Strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills.
•    Ability to travel 50–75 percent based on regional training needs.
•    OSHA 30-Hour and/or other relevant craft, safety, or industry credentials preferred.
•    Bilingual capability is a plus where regional workforce needs require it.
