• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and substance use issues of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams, sharing insights and contributing to cohesive client care strategies.
• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and continuing education activities to advance clinical skills and knowledge.

Our center primarily serves individuals struggling with addiction and substance misuse issues. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license in the state of Washington is mandatory.
