Job description

The Fortinet Training Institute is seeking a Cybersecurity AI Learning Engineer (Cloud Security and SecOps) to design and develop high-quality technical training content using AI-driven workflows to refine advanced training content and lab scenarios based on Fortinet solutions. 

In this role, you will create, validate, and refine the technical accuracy of training material using AI models and align the content with real-world cybersecurity use cases across Fortinet solutions.

 As a Cybersecurity Learning Engineer, you will:

  • Run AI workflows to create curated and accurate course blueprints, training content, and lab scenarios
  • Validate and refine training content for technical accuracy, depth, and relevance using AI models
  • Design and develop training and certification courses 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Design and validate guided demos and virtual lab exercises
  • Create student and instructor materials
  • Design exam items
  • Deliver train-the-trainer activities (existing)
  • Improve AI prompts and workflows to enhance content quality and efficiency
  • Stay current with cybersecurity trends and AI content development

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to transform complex technical concepts
  • Strong cybersecurity expertise
  • Experience with Fortinet or similar solutions
  • Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted content generation tools
  • Ability to evaluate and improve workflow with AI tools
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly 
  • Experience with Linux/Windows and virtualization
